The Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC), a member of the dtic, is offering a Graduate Internship Programme for Innovation and Creativity (x5) to provide unemployed South African graduates with valuable work experience to complement their studies. This 24-month programme will be based at the CIPC Sunnyside Office in Pretoria and offers a stipend of R12 000 per month. The internship targets graduates aged 18 to 35 who have completed a BA Law/BCom Law (NQF Level 7) or LLB (NQF Level 8), have not previously participated in an internship, and have no prior work experience. Successful applicants will be required to sign a Graduate Internship Programme Agreement and be available for interviews as scheduled by CIPC. Applicants must upload an updated CV, ID, and a single combined document containing their academic transcript and qualification in the designated sections; failure to do so will result in disqualification. Qualification and citizenship checks will be conducted, and foreign qualifications must be evaluated by SAQA. CIPC is an equal opportunity, affirmative action employer, and preference will be given in line with its employment equity plan. Only shortlisted candidates will receive feedback, and no faxed, emailed, posted, or hand-delivered applications will be accepted. The closing date for applications is 25 August 2025.
